Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide product and process engineering support for Inkjet printer manufacturing operations.
  • •Support new product introduction activities including pilot builds, engineering builds, production ramp, manufacturing readiness, and issue closure.
  • •Troubleshoot manufacturing and product issues with production, quality, Singapore engineering, R&D labs, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • •Collect and analyze factory data, production observations, samples, and failure information to support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • •Drive process improvement and cost reduction initiatives to improve quality, yield, cycle time, efficiency, throughput, and material usage.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or equivalent.
  • •1–2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing/process/product/quality engineering or factory support (fresh graduates welcome).
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting and improvement.
  • •Basic understanding of mechanical systems, manufacturing processes, product assembly, and production process improvement.
  • •Ability to work in a factory environment and collaborate with production, quality, engineering, suppliers, and cross-site teams.
