Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and support the execution of M&A, ECM, DCM, and strategic advisory mandates.
  • •Manage day‑to‑day deal processes, including preparing key client materials, coordinating due diligence, and overseeing workstreams.
  • •Build, review, and refine detailed financial models and valuation analyses.
  • •Work directly with senior bankers to prepare and deliver pitches, strategic updates, and market materials.
  • •Mentor and oversee Analysts and interns, providing guidance and high‑quality oversight.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate level: Minimum 3 years of investment banking experience, ideally in M&A or sector-focused teams.
  • •VP level: 5–7 years of relevant experience, with proven “VP-ready” capability.
  • •Strong financial modelling skills and a solid understanding of transaction processes.
  • •Ability to mentor and oversee Analysts and interns.
  • •Excellent client engagement, including preparing pitches and market materials.
