Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead stakeholder engagement activities for complex transport and infrastructure projects across design and construction phases.
  • •Develop and implement stakeholder management plans and communication strategies aligned with project objectives.
  • •Coordinate with government authorities, utility providers, developers, and community representatives to facilitate approvals and minimize conflicts.
  • •Prepare and maintain stakeholder registers tracking issues, commitments, and resolutions.
  • •Support design and engineering teams by identifying stakeholder constraints and developing mitigation measures, while ensuring compliance with quality and health & safety policies and mentoring junior team members.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
  • •Minimum of 8 years of experience in stakeholder management for large-scale transport and infrastructure projects in the UAE.
  • •Proven experience liaising with Dubai authorities (e.g., RTA, DM, DDA, DCD, DEWA, du).
  • •Strong understanding of design and construction processes for roads, highways, utilities, and public realm projects.
  • •Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with strong stakeholder relationship building.
