Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle exception management and balance conflicting demands across business obligations, resource availability, and customer demand.
  • •Support scheduling of field resources and service orders for customers, consumers, and service engineers.
  • •Participate in planning maintenance activities, new installations, and incident resolution with relevant stakeholders.
  • •Coordinate with medical services providers, service engineers, and managers to plan and deliver services.
  • •Check and order parts required for planned onsite work and learn internal systems and stakeholder processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Recent graduate or currently enrolled as a student pursuing a degree in Biomedical Engineering or a similar field.
  • •Fluent Portuguese and at least a good level of English; Spanish knowledge is a plus.
  • •Proactive, communicative, optimistic, team-oriented, with a problem-solving mindset.
  • •Strong skills in MS Office suite, especially Excel.
  • •Ability to work in-person at least 3 days per week (office role).
