Key Responsibilities

  • •Responsible for all warehouse functions: inward, sorting, picking, outbound, and inventory.
  • •Unload vehicles on time and acknowledge on mail for vehicle receiving; ensure timely replies and responses for customer queries.
  • •Plan required manpower in line with volume fluctuations and handle blue collar manpower; plan layout-wise manpower.
  • •Ensure loss control of the site, maintain good warehouse hygiene, analyze operations miss reports and productivity, and improve site productivity.
  • •Support customer relationship management: resolve queries, send reports timely, handle customer escalations proactively, and manage regional P&L objectives including zero debits and staying within budget.
