Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform steady-state and transient circuit simulations and analyze analog/digital functionality and performance.
  • •Execute hardware development lifecycle: prototype build/debug/test, verification, validation, and qualification.
  • •Integrate power electronic subsystems into larger electrical/electronic systems and ensure safe, reliable operation.
  • •Support compliance and certification activities using relevant standards (IEC/IEEE/CISPR/ISO/SAE/EMC/EMI) and lead small technical project execution with deliverables tracking.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Power Electronics Engineering, or a related field with 7-10 years of experience.
  • •Master's Degree in Power Electronics and Drives Engineering with 5-7 years of experience.
  • •Strong expertise designing high-power inverter and converter topologies for AC-DC, DC-DC, and inverters.
  • •Experience selecting and evaluating power semiconductor devices (Si, SiC, GaN), gate drivers, modulation/control techniques, and output filters.
  • •Hands-on circuit simulation and analysis experience (e.g., PSpice, LTSpice, MATLAB/Simulink, PLECS) and familiarity with reliability analysis (worst-case/tolerance/stress/FMEA).
