Job Summary

Provide high-level technical support for animal health across Mexico and Central America, partnering with the commercial team to sell Performance Solutions. Deliver science-based recommendations that improve customer yields, support prospecting and CRM inclusion, and develop/monitor biological trial protocols and product performance records. Track market competition, maintain key industry metrics, and train the sales team while representing the company at industry conferences and serving as the technical point of contact for assigned categories/species/projects.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the commercial area technically to sell solutions through technical information exchange and customer/prospect visits, focused on loyalty and new business development.
•Provide animal health services using company recommendations, science, and technical criteria to improve customer performance.
•Promote and lead prospecting for new business opportunities in coordination with account managers for inclusion in CRM.
•Develop protocols, monitor, and report results from biological trials and product records to demonstrate efficiency and ROI.
•Monitor market competition, maintain competitive pricing and positioning, and keep the sales team trained on the product portfolio and key technical industry topics.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years of experience in animal production, nutrition, and/or animal health as a consultant, seller, or technical advisor.
•Advanced knowledge in avian health.
•Scientific, technical, and applied knowledge of the company’s solutions.
•Advanced English is desirable.
•Degree in Zootechnics, Veterinary Medicine, or related field.
