Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end technical delivery for complex, multi-phase or customized customer engagements by translating business needs into scalable analytics architectures.
  • •Serve as a senior escalation point for complex technical, integration, and solution-design challenges to drive issues to resolution.
  • •Act as a trusted technical advisor to customer champions and end-users through solution design, implementation guidance, and mentorship.
  • •Discover and validate high-value use cases tied to customer workflows, and collaborate with account teams to execute adoption and completion plans.
  • •Maintain product expertise by implementing and troubleshooting solutions, identifying capability gaps, and partnering with product to design and test new functionality.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a technical field such as chemical, mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering; operations research, data analytics, or applied math also considered.
  • •Minimum 7 years of experience in process engineering, reliability engineering, technical pre-sales engineering (SaaS preferred, OT preferred), or related industry roles.
  • •Deep technical expertise in one or more industrial process manufacturing verticals and understanding of market drivers and business priorities.
  • •Experience tackling real-world business and industrial challenges with dense time-series process data and inadequate analytics tools.
  • •Programming experience in Python (plus other languages is a plus) and the ability to communicate technical concepts to executive audiences.
