Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead Workday project teams deploying Finance, Human Resources, and Procurement solutions from startup through go-live.
  • •Guide customers through the deployment lifecycle, partnering with delivery leadership, consultants, and resource management to resolve challenges.
  • •Manage scope, risk, project budget, and forecasts to deliver expected value on time and on budget.
  • •Ensure timely and transparent communication across internal and external stakeholders, including customer executive steering committee meetings.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of project management experience in HCM or financial implementations within medium or large enterprises.
  • •5+ years of experience implementing Workday, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, or similar applications.
  • •Fluency in English and Danish is mandatory.
  • •Experience delivering projects in a professional services environment, including solid track record and deployment methodology/process knowledge.
  • •Leadership abilities to empower and focus project teams, manage multiple priorities, and manage third parties on project teams.
