Order Fulfillment Lead

Lead the Order Fulfillment Department by training team members and ensuring procedures are followed. Distribute and rebalance workforce to achieve productivity, quality, and daily deadlines, and coordinate with other leads, supervisors, and departments. Use Microsoft Outlook/email to communicate priorities and follow up on tasks. Support ISO 9001/14001 responsibilities, maintain a safe and clean work environment, and handle additional duties as assigned.
