Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and deliver integrated roadmaps across 2–4 domains, ensuring alignment to business strategy and UC Platform delivery
  • •Manage competing transformation demands (UC go-live, legacy transitions, revenue commitments, tech debt reduction, simplification)
  • •Lead transition from legacy systems to the Unified Content Platform, coordinating parallel operations, cutover planning, data migration, and go-live activities
  • •Serve as primary integration point across domains, managing dependencies, governance forums, escalations, and delivery standards
  • •Mentor and coach TPMs and project managers, build programme management capability, and contribute to the PMO strategic direction

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in technical programme management, including at least 4 years leading programmes spanning multiple teams or departments
  • •Proven track record delivering complex transformation programmes involving system transitions, platform migrations, or large-scale technology change
  • •Ability to balance competing priorities (new platform delivery vs. keeping existing systems running vs. revenue protection)
  • •Strong commercial awareness managing programmes with significant revenue or cost implications
  • •Excellent senior stakeholder management, influencing at Director/VP level
