Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a key administrative point of contact for new employee onboarding and employee separations across supported programs.
  • •Coordinate preparation, collection, and routing of onboarding/offboarding paperwork; maintain and update checklists and trackers.
  • •Assist program managers with coordinating, compiling, and submitting required monthly deliverables and deliverable packages.
  • •Support scheduling and meeting coordination, including agendas, meeting notes, and follow-up on open action items.
  • •Maintain organized project files and records, assist with financial tracking documentation, and help track equipment/property inventory and training completion.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with a customer-focused mindset.
  • •Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with shared drives/collaboration tools experience a plus.
