Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain compliance with HSBC Group policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, escalating issues where appropriate.
  • •Provide end-to-end executive support to the Head of GTS, SEA Cluster and visiting executives, including proactive prioritisation of requests and correspondence.
  • •Coordinate administrative support resources, overseeing contract administrative staff to ensure effective task allocation and consistent service quality.
  • •Manage complex calendars and diaries for senior executives, scheduling across multiple stakeholders and time zones while resolving conflicts.
  • •Prepare and quality-check materials (documents, meeting packs, presentations) and maintain records using approved central filing and electronic archiving systems.

  • •Demonstrated experience providing executive assistant support to senior leaders in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • •Strong planning, organisation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
