Job Summary

Build and scale data pipelines for external providers and maintain data scrapers that expand Kpler’s global coverage. Integrate a major new feature for a global inventory of LNG facilities, enrich the product, and support new capabilities for the Natural Gas team. You’ll also develop monitoring, alerting, and dashboards, and collaborate with Data Scientists and market experts while ensuring API performance and reliable data distribution to end users.

•Enhance existing pipelines to retrieve data from external providers.
•Codify, structure, expand, and maintain data scrapers.

•Build and improve monitoring/alerting tools, dashboards, and support API performance for end users.

Key Requirements

•BSc/MSc in computer science, computer engineering, or equivalent education.
•3–5 years as a data-focused Software Engineer.
•Significant experience with Python (FastAPI is a plus).
•Working experience with PostgreSQL or similar data stores.
•Proficiency in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
