Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer Okta and build automation in Okta Workflows, including SSO app configuration, provisioning/deprovisioning, and troubleshooting provisioning errors.
  • •Own the macOS fleet in an MDM (Iru or similar), including blueprints, compliance scripting (FileVault, SIP, secure token, activation lock), and API-driven device lifecycle automation.
  • •Write and maintain bash and Python scripts for pre/post-install packaging, endpoint automation, and compliance checks within the existing SDLC.
  • •Administer the Atlassian suite (Confluence and Jira), including internal documentation, ticket triage, and debugging automation tied to workflows.
  • •Stand up and maintain enterprise AI tooling, configuring MCP connectors for AI workflows and building self-service setup scripts while following compliance guardrails.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in IT systems engineering or administration.
  • •Hands-on Okta administration, ideally including Okta Workflows or similar automation.

  • •Administrative experience with Atlassian tools, especially Confluence and Jira.
