Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, support, and configure data center hosted collaboration solutions, providing system integration and technical analysis for defined projects.
  • •Provide T3 support for existing solutions, identify issues, and coordinate security hardening of infrastructure through testing and debugging.
  • •Plan, design, and implement critical network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, security, enterprise environments), including DMZ architectural vision aligned to enterprise strategy.
  • •Design and validate network transformations (HLD/LLD), including enterprise data network administration activities like patching, upgrades, and migrations.
  • •Prepare capacity/utilization reports, participate in client design meetings and due diligence, and support dispatch/service coordinators, project managers, and pre/sales teams; provide end-user training for modified systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a directly related field, plus 5 years of network/security implementation or management experience.
  • •5+ years implementing network/security solutions, including routing and switching protocols.
  • •Experience with WAN and backbone network protocols and routing protocols such as BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, or VXLAN.
  • •Hands-on firewall and NGIPS experience using technologies such as Palo Alto, Check Point, Fortinet, Cisco Firepower, NGIPS, FWSM, and PIX.
  • •Proficiency with network automation (Python, Ansible) and performance monitoring tools; also experience with load balancers (F5, Citrix) and proxies (F5 Reverse Proxy, BlueCoat).
