Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strategic and operational leadership for site Engineering, Maintenance, Reliability, and Capital Projects to improve equipment reliability and long-term asset performance.
  • •Develop and execute multi-year capital investment and technical improvement strategies, including managing up to a $20M annual capital budget.
  • •Lead capital projects from concept through design, installation, commissioning, qualification, and operational handoff while meeting safety, food safety, quality, schedule, performance, and financial requirements.
  • •Lead maintenance and reliability efforts by establishing TPM and equipment reliability practices, advancing preventive/predictive/condition-based maintenance, and improving asset reliability and maintenance planning.
  • •Serve as the site’s senior technical leader and primary advisor on equipment and infrastructure, partnering cross-functionally to manage budgets/metrics, lead major shutdowns, and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, food safety, and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
  • •Eight or more years of progressive engineering, maintenance, reliability, or technical leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
  • •Demonstrated experience leading both engineering projects and maintenance or reliability programs.
  • •At least three years of experience managing capital projects, including scope, budget, schedule, contractors, commissioning, and operational handoff.
  • •Strong working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, controls, utilities, and industrial manufacturing systems.
