Tooling Supervisor

Lead shift production to achieve safety, quality, service, waste, productivity, and culture goals. Provide day-to-day supervision of production employees, manage schedules and payroll timecards, and drive continuous improvement. Monitor product conformance, investigate incidents and near misses, and collaborate with Maintenance and Process Engineering to resolve equipment/material issues. Use production dashboards and SAP to analyze performance and ensure production standards are met.
