Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive strategic execution across AI Neobank priorities.
  • •Build and manage operating rhythm using OKRs, leadership updates, decision tracking, and accountability.
  • •Coordinate major cross-functional workstreams across product, engineering, licensing, market expansion, partnerships, finance, and operations.
  • •Prepare decision memos and leadership/board materials, execution plans, and performance reviews.
  • •Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies early and own special projects requiring senior judgment and cross-functional authority.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience driving strategic execution across teams in a strong operator role.
  • •Excellent judgment, communication, prioritization, and follow-through with senior accountability.
  • •Ability to align and work with founders, CEOs, leadership teams, and senior external stakeholders.
  • •Comfort operating in ambiguity and translating high-level strategy into detailed execution.
  • •Strong writing, business analysis, and problem-solving skills; experience in startups/consulting/strategy/operations/fintech or regional expansion is a strong advantage.
