  • •Recommend product solutions and upsell options, including complimentary items to improve customers’ profitability.

  • •Prepare sales orders and assist customers in selecting and loading merchandise.
  • •Make follow-up calls, resolve customer complaints, and support receiving, shipping, and warehouse duties as needed.
