Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and implement employee wellbeing and safety engagement initiatives (physical activity, weight management, mindfulness/stress reduction, tobacco cessation).
  • •Coordinate and lead group sessions and educational events (safety talks, stretch and flex, lunch and learns, seminars).
  • •Conduct blood pressure and body composition screenings and facilitate individual, person-centered coaching interactions.
  • •Perform onsite rounds to maintain visibility and deliver both whole-population and individualized injury prevention coaching.
  • •Maintain timely, accurate HIPAA-compliant documentation and coordinate with client HR/benefits and safety stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in health sciences or a related field.
  • •Strong background in injury prevention, especially for construction, manufacturing, and transportation settings.
  • •Demonstrated time management and ability to work proactively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Comfortable with proactive outreach and engagement with individuals and populations.
  • •Strong presentation skills and confidence sharing health information with individuals and groups.
