Key Responsibilities

  • •Mix ingredients and monitor temperature/moisture, making adjustments and removing improperly formed product.
  • •Perform equipment operations including changeovers and preventative maintenance; shut down equipment per procedures.
  • •Read batch sheets and accurately weigh/monitor raw materials; track and log production parameters and waste.
