Key Responsibilities

  • •Interfacing with technical personnel to finalize detailed software design for highly resilient and scalable applications.
  • •Mentoring software developers on development methodologies and optimization techniques.
  • •Serving as the primary technical point of contact for external technology resources.
  • •Acting as the acknowledged “go to” person on coding and technical issues.
  • •Occasionally engaging with customers (Tier1 financial institutions) in technical workshops or brainstorming sessions.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of software development experience with hands-on Java (Spring Boot) and JavaScript (Vue JS).
  • •Deep knowledge of architectural principles and solid understanding of frontend-backend integration, REST APIs, and microservices.
  • •Experience with data storage systems including Oracle or SQL Server, and cloud data lakes/BigData/LakeHouse.
  • •Strong-plus experience with AI technologies and knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and services in Azure, AWS, or another cloud provider.
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive technical excellence, partnering with internal and external technology resources to troubleshoot complex project issues.
