Job Summary

Lead cross-functional development squads to deliver resilient, scalable software for risk assessment solutions. You’ll finalize detailed software design, solve complex technical problems, write complex code, and act as the primary technical point of contact and “go to” resource for coding and architecture. Mentor developers on methodologies and optimization, partner with Product Owners on technical solutions and estimation, and occasionally contribute to customer workshops.

Key Responsibilities

•Interfacing with technical personnel to finalize detailed software design for highly resilient and scalable applications.
•Mentoring software developers on development methodologies and optimization techniques.
•Serving as the primary technical point of contact for external technology resources.
•Acting as the acknowledged “go to” person on coding and technical issues.
•Occasionally engaging with customers (Tier1 financial institutions) in technical workshops or brainstorming sessions.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of software development experience with hands-on Java (Spring Boot) and JavaScript (Vue JS).
•Deep knowledge of architectural principles and solid understanding of frontend-backend integration, REST APIs, and microservices.
•Experience with data storage systems including Oracle or SQL Server, and cloud data lakes/BigData/LakeHouse.
•Strong-plus experience with AI technologies and knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and services in Azure, AWS, or another cloud provider.
•Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive technical excellence, partnering with internal and external technology resources to troubleshoot complex project issues.
