Bodyshop Customer Service Rep - BodyWorks of Murray Motors / BMW of Denver Downtown

Serve as the first point of contact for BMW service customers with visible cosmetic or collision damage. Engage customers on the service drive, perform vehicle walk-arounds, and use AI estimating technology to generate preliminary repair estimates. Explain repair options, including insurance and customer-pay processes, and coordinate with the Collision Center to schedule estimates and repairs. Track interactions and conversions while building relationships with Service Advisors and technicians to drive collision center referrals and guest satisfaction.
