•Pilot technical activities, costs, and schedules for the work package.
•Organize and lead a cross-functional team in a functional mode.
•Coordinate export control, SSI, and logistics topics with support functions.
•Prepare and run weekly project follow-up reviews internally and with partners.
•Provide effective reporting to the project responsible.

Key Requirements

•Master’s level engineering degree (Bac+5) or equivalent, with experience managing technical projects or owning a work package.
•Proficiency with planning and scheduling tools, including Microsoft Project, plus planning/jaloning for engineering & production using JIRA.
•Experience running team activities (Obeya, AIC) and functional multi-disciplinary management.
•Experience in direct interface with external customers or participation in multi-partner projects.
•Knowledge of ground military environments and/or drone domain, and industrial large-series production and export control/SSI topics is a plus.
