Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients and completing complex and standardized transactions while handling monies accurately and maintaining records
  • •Educate clients on digital self-service solutions, including ATMs, online and mobile banking
  • •Support the team sales process through outbound calls, checking client offers, identifying needs/opportunities, and referring clients to appropriate branch specialists
  • •Support Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities to deliver Truist expertise and solutions for client needs
  • •Adhere to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies; act as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution
