Hazard Zone Deployment Lead

Own end-to-end deployment and sustainment for the Air Defense team’s Hazard Zones, ensuring capabilities meet customer mission requirements. Plan and execute deployment events (installations, test/evaluation, demonstrations, training, and maintenance) while leading a cross-functional effort spanning hardware, logistics, and engineering. Build customer and partner trust, translate mission needs and CONOPS to engineers, and continuously improve the product and team based on user feedback.
