Job Summary

Drive the design, build, and management of product platforms to deliver investment products and wealth services projects. Key Responsibilities

•Drive the design, build, and management of product platforms to enable efficient delivery of investment products and wealth services projects.
•Coordinate and shape solution initiatives supporting investment products business and delivering quality customer journeys across channels.
•Translate business needs into clear requirements, delivery plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes; plan and execute with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
•Ensure projects meet compliance obligations for the Group and relevant regulatory authorities, embedding requirements for suitability/appropriateness, disclosures, record-keeping, and sales process controls.
•Provide comprehensive progress reporting to senior management, including status, key decisions required, risks/issues, mitigations, and opportunities.

Key Requirements

•University degree in Business Management, Information System, or a related discipline.
•Minimum of 4 years’ experience in banking and/or IT projects management.
•Proven experience delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives, preferably in wealth/investments or financial services.
•Strong understanding of investment products and sales/distribution processes, including familiarity with regulatory expectations for investment product selling.
•Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and external vendors with governance, disciplined execution, and effective issue/risk management.
