Japanese-speaking Immigration Paralegal

Support the Nashville Immigration and Global Mobility Services practice by handling day-to-day business immigration case work for Japanese-speaking clients. You’ll manage visa petition and consular application procedural requirements (e.g., E1/E2, L1, H, TN, O/P, PERM, I-140, AOS), communicate in Japanese and English with stakeholders, analyze case documents, and prepare applications for attorney review. Maintain an owned case docket with timely updates and stay current on immigration developments.
