Key Responsibilities

  • •Demonstrate expertise in procedural and processing requirements for business non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions and consular applications (e.g., USCSI/USCIS and DS-160).
  • •Communicate effectively in Japanese and English with clients, beneficiaries, attorneys, and stakeholders about case documents, status, and procedural requirements.
  • •Independently analyze case documents and prepare business immigration applications for attorney review and submission.
  • •Manage your case docket to ensure timely communication with clients and attorneys.
  • •Assist with review of Japanese-language documents and stay current on immigration developments to share with the team.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 65,000 - 95,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent training, education, and experience.
  • •Fluency in Japanese and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • •Previous experience preparing business immigration applications with USCIS and consular processing, including visa petition familiarity (e.g., E1/E2, L1A/L1B, L Blanket, H, L, TN, O/P, PERM, I-140, AOS).
  • •Ability to analyze case documents and prepare materials for attorney review and submission.
  • •Strong multitasking, time management, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while meeting high-volume deadlines.
