Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist global recognition platform initiatives to foster a culture of appreciation and employee recognition.
  • •Track program activity, analyze usage and results, and create reports.
  • •Collaborate with Global Communications to develop multi-channel campaigns and communications for the recognition program.
  • •Support the Project Manager in enablement to ensure effective utilization of the platform.
  • •Engage with local teams via info sessions, and link recognition initiatives to internal and external events; provide ongoing communications support.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (all fields welcome).
  • •High proficiency in English.
  • •Experience in project management and data analysis is a plus.

  • •Basic to advanced data analysis and Excel reporting skills.
