Job Summary

Serve as a client-focused, sales-driven advisor within the branch team. Engage clients in person and by phone to uncover financial wellness needs, provide tailored recommendations, and build long-term relationships. Open and support personal and business accounts and lending products, meet activity and sales goals, partner with branch and line-of-business colleagues, and ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures.

Key Responsibilities

•Engage clients in deeper conversations in person and over the phone to identify financial wellness opportunities and provide customized recommendations.
•Open personal and business accounts and various deposit and lending products, including consumer checking, small business, home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit.
•Meet individual activity and outcome goals and expectations through client acquisition efforts and effective conversations with leads, walk-ins, and contacts.
•Develop partnerships with branch teammates and line-of-business partners to acquire new clients and deepen relationships with current clients.
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures and document client interactions; assist with teller transactions as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience (required).
•At least 1 year of experience developing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources (sales experience required).
•Understanding of consumer credit, including loan to value, debt to income, and credit reports (required).
•Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques such as tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking (required).
•Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office including Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, and web-based browsing) to educate clients (required).
