Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop HVAC quotations based on branch preferences, including manufacturers and profit margins.
  • •After training, identify relevant materials to be quoted.
  • •Maintain customer and vendor relationships and interact/negotiate with vendors.
  • •Organize and file inbound emails and attachments appropriately in project folders.
  • •Utilize and maintain established SOPs to complete quotation processes, identify critical issues, and collaborate to resolve them.

Key Requirements

  • •Commercial/multi-family HVAC knowledge, quotation experience, and/or inside sales experience (training available).

  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite, especially Teams and Outlook.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills across all levels of the organization.
  • •Strong computer/typing skills (40+ WPM) and ability to handle a highly deadline-driven environment.
