Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver birth and postpartum doula support to clients as part of Loula’s network.
  • •Use Loula’s referral/doula matching program to connect with insured clients instead of doing cold outreach.
  • •Maintain your independent contractor practice while working in a non-exclusive network.
  • •Collaborate with Loula’s operations team while Loula manages insurance verification, billing, and payment.
  • •Participate in the onboarding process via the interest form and screening questions to confirm qualifications and fit.

Key Requirements

  • •Complete 16 hours of birth doula training and attend 3 births as a doula, OR have 5 years of doula experience with 3 letters of recommendation.
  • •Adult and infant CPR training.
  • •HIPAA training.
