Job Summary

Assist the Engineering Manager to ensure safe, reliable and discreet operation of resort facilities, leading a ~20-person technical team across shifts. Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, uphold quality and safety, and collaborate with Rooms, Housekeeping, Front Office, Spa, Culinary and Security to align engineering activities with operational priorities and guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the Engineering Manager in the day-to-day operation of the Engineering department.
•Lead, coordinate, and supervise a multidisciplinary technical team across morning and afternoon shifts.
•Plan, prioritize, assign, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
•Provide leadership coverage for the Engineering department during assigned shifts, ensuring operational continuity.
•Collaborate with Rooms, Housekeeping, Front Office, Spa, Culinary, and Security teams to align engineering activities with operational priorities and guest experience.

Key Requirements

•Degree or technical qualification in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
•Minimum 5 years' experience in Engineering or Facilities operations, preferably within a luxury or ultra-luxury hospitality environment.
•Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant management role leading multidisciplinary technical teams.
•Broad technical knowledge across mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and general building services.
•Experience using CMMS and preventive maintenance systems.
