Job Summary

Support the LIVE Nordics Operations team in optimizing TikTok LIVE for creators and agencies. Assist Growth, Creator, and Agency Managers with agency lead conversion and onboarding, resolve daily LIVE operational issues (including trust & safety concerns), and help localize creator education materials. Contribute to campaign operations and summarize results, analyze operational challenges to improve efficiency, and support a range of short-term projects and community engagement initiatives in Stockholm.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the pipeline for incoming agency leads, including calling, follow-ups, pitching, and guiding leads through negotiation to contract signing and platform onboarding.
•Assist with daily LIVE operational issues for creators, including operational hurdles and trust & safety concerns.
•Help develop and localize educational materials for creators covering operational guidelines, trust & safety policies, and platform features.
•Support campaign operations by configuring, localizing, executing campaigns, and summarizing results for future improvements.
•Collect and analyze operational challenges from daily workflows and organize feedback to identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing or recently completing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
•Strong proficiency in English and fluency in at least one Nordic language.
•Internship availability for at least 4 months (6 months is preferred), starting in August.
•Basic data analysis skills with proficiency in various data analysis tools.
•Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills, with a proactive hands-on approach.
