CRE Relationship Manager II

Manage and grow a portfolio of large, complex commercial real estate relationships by developing new business and deepening existing lending partnerships. Market a range of bank services, negotiate loan terms within authority, and prepare credit analyses and recommendations. Conduct ongoing credit reviews and daily monitoring to ensure policy compliance, proper risk ratings, and strong credit performance. Coach less experienced CRE relationship and portfolio managers and build awareness through community activity.
