Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a team of support engineers providing customer issue resolution, including staffing, performance management, and employee development.
  • •Ensure timely and expert customer support to resolve a wide range of product usage issues via ticketing, phone, chat, and remote access.
  • •Ensure the tech support team follows department processes and guidelines.
  • •Make quick, sound decisions to handle and escalate critical problems affecting customers’ facilities.
  • •Oversee day-to-day operations, interface with customers as needed, and train new employees.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field.
  • •8–10 years of overall experience in the Power, Utilities, or Automation industries.
  • •At least 2 years of team management experience.

  • •Knowledge of computer programming is preferred.
