Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute monthly accounting close procedures including journal entries, reconciliations, and analysis for corporate areas.
  • •Assist with SEC reporting, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K, disclosure checklists, and financial statement tie-outs.
  • •Coordinate with external auditors during audits and interim reviews, ensuring audit success and compliance.
  • •Analyze financial data and partner with internal teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial information.
  • •Identify and support ad hoc process improvements; document processes and accounting policies to improve and automate reporting and controls.

Key Requirements
