Key Responsibilities

•Oversee execution of all civil and structural works for the SWRO desalination plant.
•Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation teams for integrated execution and ensure QA/QC and HSE compliance.
•Review and validate design drawings, method statements, and material submittals; monitor site progress and align with project schedules.
•Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and client representatives to resolve technical issues.
•Support testing, pre-commissioning, and commissioning of civil infrastructure and maintain thorough site documentation.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
•Minimum 15 years of experience in civil construction, preferably in industrial or infrastructure projects.
•Proven experience in desalination (SWRO) or large water treatment plant projects.
•Strong knowledge of marine works, concrete structures, and hydraulic infrastructure.
•Familiarity with international standards and codes (ACI, BS, ASTM, Eurocodes).
