Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the integrated master schedule (IMS) and drive rate readiness through rigorous planning, analysis, and cross-functional coordination.
  • •Develop the integrated master plan/schedule for module production across engineering, materials, manufacturing, and quality.
  • •Use critical path and network logic to find conflicts, resolve them, and update the program with what moved and why.
  • •Plan shop load and dispatch for today’s work based on real material availability, qualified labor, and open nonconformances.
  • •Measure schedule adherence vs actual using earned value, and re-baseline the plan when program changes with risk analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years in production planning, production control, or master scheduling in shipbuilding, aerospace, or heavy manufacturing.
  • •Ability to build and manage integrated schedules for complex manufacturing or defense programs at the program level.
  • •Experience building and maintaining a real integrated schedule against a real build while holding the critical path as material and labor move.
  • •Familiarity with controlled production environments (defense, aerospace, automotive, or similar).
  • •Fluency with scheduling tools (P6, MS Project, Open Plan, Aurora) and ERP/MES systems (Forge, Odoo, SAP, Solumina, Oracle).
