Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage, monitor, and maintain day-to-day compute operations to meet expected service levels, including health maintenance.
  • •Perform upgrades, performance-related activities, and fault identification/correction across services and infrastructure.
  • •Oversee maintenance and troubleshooting for supporting platforms, including routine operations and operational support.
  • •Plan and execute minor infrastructure moves, adds, changes, and disposals (IMACDs), and run business continuity tests.
  • •Lead team members on analytical approaches and methods; guide resolution of significant issues and participate in problem management, peer review/approvals, and audit/compliance support.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •At least 6-8 years of relevant compute operations experience.
  • •Extensive in-depth knowledge of compute services and infrastructure, including server system administration and hardware knowledge.
  • •Experience with large/global enterprise IT environments and ITIL-aligned service management.
  • •Proven proficiency across compute, virtualization, storage, backup, and scripting/automation (e.g., PowerShell, Bash).
