Key Responsibilities

  • •Grind, file, sand, polish, and finish metal parts to tight tolerances.
  • •Machine threads to size and chase machine cut threads.
  • •Wash deburred parts, inspect finishes/threads/edges, and remove defects and uneven surfaces.
  • •Borescope parts to check for internal defects/debris and follow detailed work instructions.
  • •Operate equipment including forklifts/cranes and test cell instrumentation, as well as machinery such as vacuum furnaces and ultrasonic immersion systems.
