Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and own the Global Catalog roadmap, establishing operating protocols and KPIs and integrating catalog priorities into label business planning across territories.
  • •Own full accountability for the Catalog division’s financial health and revenue targets, executing multi-pillar strategies across the artists and repertoire lifecycle.
  • •Partner at the highest level with Label Heads and Global Commerce Leads to architect proactive catalog strategies and drive cross-functional alignment across commercial pillars.
  • •Maximize repertoire impact by identifying culturally relevant moments, narratives, and timing in partnership with Commerce, Marketing, and Relationship teams.
  • •Lead, mentor, and empower a specialized team, fostering innovation and repeatable systems supported by analytics, tools, automation, and predictive modeling.
