Support the development and delivery of strategic communications for the Modern ERP global transformation program. Lead the Modern ERP Communication Plan execution and create key collateral such as updates, newsletters, and presentations. Partner with product groups, functions, and simplification teams to ensure consistent, integrated messaging. Manage and strengthen communication channels including Viva Engage and SharePoint, build a global community of practice, and use metrics to improve engagement and impact.

•Support the implementation of the Modern ERP Communication Plan and lead development of key communication activities and collateral.
•Develop, coordinate, and distribute clear, engaging communications including updates, newsletters, presentations, and other program materials.
•Partner with product groups, functions, and simplification teams to ensure an integrated and consistent communication approach.
•Manage and strengthen Modern ERP communication channels, including Viva Engage and SharePoint.
•Monitor communication effectiveness and use insights and metrics to recommend improvements that increase engagement and impact.

•Ability to manage multiple communication priorities and activities simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality outputs.
•Fluency in French and English, written and spoken; Spanish is an asset.
