Key Responsibilities

•Earn piece-rate pay and leverage an unlimited commission plan through customer purchases of additional products and services.
•Become an expert on smart home technology by training on industry-leading products.
•Install, service, and troubleshoot cutting-edge smart home technology in customer homes.
•Manage inventory and company assets with a business owner mentality and conduct routine maintenance.
•Explain and provide detailed system capabilities and operational instructions to various customers.

Key Requirements

•A valid driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable transportation; ability to pass post-offer background investigation and licensing requirements per applicable law; must live within a 20-mile radius of the city.
•Ability to install, service, and troubleshoot smart home technology in customer homes.
•Sales mindset with experience in retail, B2C sales, insurance, or service-based sales (major plus).
•Customer-first attitude with ability to act with integrity while building rapport with diverse customers.
•Physical ability to lift and carry up to 45 lbs, climb ladders (up to 14 feet), and work in confined spaces like attics.
