Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and coordinate the BIM workflow from design through construction, including model authoring, design coordination, and clash detection.
  • •Set up project-specific guidelines for task teams and ensure information is linked across disciplines.
  • •Coordinate and manage BIM project datasets/workflow and project set-up, including setting up linked models across disciplines.
  • •Provide technical support and mentoring using BIM authoring tools to the project/delivery team.
  • •Contribute to preparation of BIM Execution Plans, TIDPs/MIDPs, MPDT, responsibility matrices, and project training guides; maintain daily model administration and assurance.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to coordinate with key stakeholders and communicate effectively with cross-team support.
  • •Ability to write and edit internal and external documentation.
  • •Proficiency using BIM authoring tools including Bentley and Autodesk products (e.g., Revit, Navisworks/Solibri).
  • •Knowledge of BIM/CDE tools such as ACC and Aconex, plus CAD and digital construction workflows.
  • •Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology or Construction Management, or related qualifications such as BTEC (Building Studies/Engineering/Management) or HNC/HND; must be a UK resident and able to obtain clearance.
