Job Summary

Lead the architecture and technical design of internal products and tools, ensuring they integrate into studio pipelines at scale. Act as a domain expert for technical feasibility, risk management, and due diligence, collaborating with studio leadership to identify shared needs and drive adoption. Evaluate new technologies and APIs to keep the platform sustainable and efficient, and provide technical direction and mentorship to leads across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

•Architect and design products and tools across domains including game engine, pipeline, DCC, and web tools.
•Serve as a domain expert for technical feasibility and risk management.
•Collaborate with studio leadership to identify common technical needs and drive adoption of shared tools.
•Perform technical due diligence and high-level project estimation for new initiatives.
•Provide technical direction and mentorship to leads across the organization.

Key Requirements

•Vast experience in AAA game development.
•Experience shipping multiple titles in lead or technical director roles.
•Experience creating and deploying centralized tools and products that improved developer productivity and business insights.
•Strong understanding of architecture and design patterns across multiple domains.
•Bachelor of Computer Science or a relevant engineering field.
