Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare detailed MEP cost estimates and cost plans across multiple project stages.
  • •Analyse mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, specifications and technical documentation.
  • •Support key tendering activities, including preparation of pre-tender estimates and bid evaluations.
  • •Review contractor and supplier quotations for MEP packages.
  • •Collaborate with Project Management, Cost Management and technical teams to support project delivery and prepare clear estimating reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • •Previous experience in MEP estimating within the construction or real estate sector.
  • •Strong understanding of MEP systems, construction costs and estimating methodologies.
  • •Ability to interpret drawings, specifications and technical documentation.
  • •Fluency in Spanish and professional working proficiency in English.
