Job Summary

Join our Real Estate team as an MEP Estimator to support the preparation of cost estimates across construction and real estate projects. You will develop detailed MEP cost plans for mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems during design, tender and pre-construction phases, analyze project information and market data, and collaborate with Project Management, Cost Management and technical teams to enable informed commercial decisions.

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare detailed MEP cost estimates and cost plans across multiple project stages.
•Analyse mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, specifications and technical documentation.
•Support key tendering activities, including preparation of pre-tender estimates and bid evaluations.
•Review contractor and supplier quotations for MEP packages.
•Collaborate with Project Management, Cost Management and technical teams to support project delivery and prepare clear estimating reports.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
•Previous experience in MEP estimating within the construction or real estate sector.
•Strong understanding of MEP systems, construction costs and estimating methodologies.
•Ability to interpret drawings, specifications and technical documentation.
•Fluency in Spanish and professional working proficiency in English.
