Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end visibility of the global opportunity and project pipeline in Salesforce, including stage tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
  • •Partner with sales and business development to monitor pipeline health, flag stalled opportunities, and support forecast accuracy for leadership reviews.
  • •Conduct structured vertical mapping and multi-source market analysis (e.g., data centers and adjacent infrastructure markets) to identify trends, risks, and white-space opportunities.
  • •Build and maintain executive-grade dashboards and models (Power BI, Tableau, advanced Excel) and establish data governance/reporting standards.
  • •Coordinate execution of priority global strategic initiatives using portfolio tools like Smartsheet, tracking interdependencies, risks, and resourcing across regions.

Key Requirements

  • •8–10 years of experience in business/data analytics, management consulting, or global program management in an industrial/engineering/manufacturing environment.
  • •Strong quantitative and analytical skills with hands-on experience in data analysis and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, advanced Excel).
  • •Prior exposure to Data Center, Infrastructure, Industrial Automation, or related B2B verticals is strongly preferred.
  • •Hands-on experience with Smartsheet, Salesforce, and/or SAP (or equivalent ERP/CRM platforms).
  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, economics, or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred.
