Reconditioning Manager - University Park (2nd shift)

Supervise day-to-day operations in a Carvana inspection/reconditioning center, overseeing leads and up to 70 front-line associates. Drive continuous improvement and associate engagement while meeting quality, production, and cost objectives. Manage hiring, training, certification, coaching, and performance for the reconditioning team. Ensure adherence to operating standards, safety and loss prevention guidelines, and help plan production capacity to achieve performance metrics.
